In our experience, home inspectors and home watch companies are often in a quandary when they discover apparent mold during the course of a home inspection, because most of them are aware that it is illegal for mold remediators to perform assessments on the same property and they may not know someone who is only an assessor.

We have been performing mold inspections since 2001 and do not sell any products or services beyond our inspection. Our inspections include a visual and infrared inspection for moisture and/or humidity problems and mold sampling, if necessary. We also provide a report and document our findings with digital photographs. Then, if required, we are qualified to make remediation recommendations.
